Depending on your settings pdf files will either open in a browser window or you will be asked whether to save or view the file. If it opens automatically, or if you open it yourself manually, you can save a local copy using the 'Save As' command in the file menu in the Acrobat reader.

If you need to rotate a pdf file, press Ctrl and Shift keys together then either the + or - key.

If you do not have the reader you can obtain it free of charge from Adobe.

CAD files are intended for architects and others who use CAD software. If you have a CAD application associated in your browser with the .dwg file type then it should open automatically. If not, save the file for viewing later. Note: we recommend you to check that the on screen drawing corresponds with your chosen file.

If you require any other format please enquire and we will help if we can.
