Before our servicing programmes are instigated, an initial site survey is completed by our product specialists to ascertain your exact requirements.

Once detailed recommendations are presented and approved, equipment can then be comprehensively serviced and tested in accordance with your preferred service level agreement.

Accessible baths with a range of powered functionality including variable height, bather transfer seats and reclining actions.

Mobile Hoists

Portable powered hoists for lifting, transferring and lowering of semi- and non-ambulant patients via slings.

Specialist W.C. systems

Adapted designs for dignified toileting including powered systems and solutions for supported transfers.

Ceiling track hoists

Fixed overhead rail systems for track mounted hoists – a permanent transfer solution that is not dependant on floor space

  • An extended product warranty for a period of 12 months
  • Annual service visit to undertake full service, inspection and LOLER test
  • Interim visual LOLER inspection, after 6 months
  • All labour and consumable part costs for emergency service visits
  • Service certificate for each piece of equipment
  • LOLER certificate for each piece of equipment
  • Priority call-outs on all emergency service and maintenance
  • No call-out charges (in normal working hours)

Service agreement and preventative maintenance programme

Offering exceptional value, this low-cost service and maintenance package includes:

  • Annual service visit to undertake full service and inspection, with LOLER test
  • Interim visual LOLER inspection after 6 months
  • Preferential 15% discount on any spare parts required
  • Service certificate for each piece of equipment
  • LOLER certificate for each piece of equipment
  • Priority call-outs on all emergency service and maintenance (call-out charges will apply)

Offering the highest level of cover, this extensive service package includes:

  • Annual service visit to undertake full service and inspection, with LOLER test
  • Interim visual LOLER inspection after 6 months
  • All labour costs for emergency service visits
  • Preferential 25% discount on any spare parts required
  • Service certificate for each piece of equipment
  • LOLER certificate for each piece of equipment
  • Priority call-outs on all emergency service and maintenance
  • No call-out charges (in normal working hours)

There are two options available for LOLER servicing:

  1. Annual LOLER test and certification, with interim inspection after 6 months
