The Gainsborough Warranty

Gainsborough products are warranted as being free from all defects which might prevent or restrict their intended use. Therefore the company will correct any defect which becomes apparent at any time during the period of warranty, which commences when the customer takes delivery of the bath concerned.

The warranty covers all parts and labour required to correct any defect, or replacement of the product with a new product at the discretion of Gainsborough Baths.

Contact your sales representative or dealer to find out more about the length of warranty period.

The warranty does not negate the customer's rights at law.

The following conditions apply:

  1. The warranty does not cover minor blemishes which may be part of normal manufacturing processes, or which may arise in the process of installation and normal use.
  2. The warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product and no undertaking is given as to consequential loss or damages.
  3. The warranty is only valid if the product has been used correctly, within its normal scope of intended use.
  4. Where there are any mechanical or electrical parts, any damage, misuse or tampering with them will render the warranty invalid.
  5. Any sealed electrical boxes must remain unopened or this will invalidate the warranty.
  6. On discovery of any defect for which a claim under warranty is to be made, the customer must ensure that the bath is not used until the defect has been corrected.
